1. Who is responsible

Flowva.io is owned and operated by Exemplo Capital T/A ExCAP, registration 2025 / 394935 / 07, at 82 Irene Avenue, Somerset West, 7130, Western Cape, South Africa. For privacy enquiries, requests or complaints, contact Deon Richter at deon@exemplocap.com or 081 791 8388.

2. Information you share

The discovery form asks for your name, email and a confidentiality acknowledgement. Business questions and your WhatsApp number are optional. Answers may include your systems, subscription costs, revenue ranges, staffing, admin time, operational challenges and priorities. Estimates are welcome. Without your name, email and acknowledgement, the form cannot be submitted.

Please do not include patient records, health information, identity documents, passwords, banking credentials or confidential information about other people. Only share business information you are authorised to provide.

3. Why we use it

We use your answers to assess your needs, prepare a feasibility discussion or quote, arrange a meeting and respond to your enquiry. This supports steps you request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in managing enquiries, subject to your rights under POPIA. It is not permission to add you to unrelated marketing lists. We do not use this form to make automated decisions about you.

4. How information is processed

Submitting sends your answers through Lovable’s managed email service to deon@exemplocap.com. Your email is used as the reply address. Your answers are kept in the current page while you complete the form; no saved browser draft or application submission database is implemented. The submitted email remains in the receiving mailbox and may also be processed in service delivery logs and backups.

Hosting, media delivery, email and error-diagnostic providers may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser details and delivery status. The site currently loads fonts from Google. Service providers and mailbox services may process information outside South Africa. POPIA requires appropriate safeguards for such transfers; ask us for details about applicable arrangements before submitting information that needs specific location restrictions.

Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it to handle your request or operate the website. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Email is not a suitable channel for patient records.

5. Retention and security

Enquiry information should be retained only while needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship or applicable legal obligations, and then deleted or de-identified. Mailbox, provider-log and backup retention can differ. Contact us for the retention arrangements applicable to your enquiry or to request deletion; this notice does not promise immediate removal from every backup.

We aim to apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe your information has been exposed.

6. Your rights and complaints

Subject to POPIA and applicable exceptions, you can request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawal does not undo lawful earlier processing. Requests can be sent to deon@exemplocap.com.

You may lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator through its complaints process. The Regulator can also be contacted at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za or 010 023 5200. For access-to-information requests under PAIA, contact ExCAP about the applicable process. No ExCAP PAIA manual is published on this website yet; this privacy policy is not a substitute for that manual.

7. Calculators, cookies and changes

The savings calculators work within your browser; their inputs are not sent as discovery answers. See our cookies and storage notice. We may update this policy as the website or services change. The date above identifies this version.
