Terms of use

These terms cover this showcase website and enquiry process. A tailored quote and signed agreement govern any system we build for you.

1. Website operator

Flowva.io is owned and operated by Exemplo Capital T/A ExCAP, registration 2025 / 394935 / 07, at 82 Irene Avenue, Somerset West, 7130, Western Cape, South Africa. Contact deon@exemplocap.com or 081 791 8388. Our business website is www.exemplocap.com.

2. A prototype, not a live medical service

This website illustrates proposed practice-management workflows. Screens, conversations, names and figures are demonstration examples, not live patient records or measured customer results. Feature availability depends on your agreed scope, testing and third-party access or approvals. Named third-party services do not imply partnerships, endorsements or confirmed integrations.

Flowva and AJ on this site do not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency care, submit real claims or replace qualified clinical judgement. Any future notes, risk flags, coding suggestions, results, prescriptions and communications require appropriate professional review, consent and authorisation. Tax, compliance and executive-support features do not remove your legal duties or replace professional advice.

3. Prices, quotes and savings

Prices are South African rand once-off foundational investments: MVP R150,000; MVP + YOURproject R646,000; AJ + SWARM R1,540,000. ExCAP is not VAT registered and no VAT is charged. Consulting hours to tailor and build your system are excluded and quoted separately. Hosting, third-party licences, usage, integrations and ongoing support may involve additional costs, specified in your quote.

The 60% admin reduction and 48% productivity figures describe proposed performance objectives, not independently verified results or unconditional guarantees. Calculator outputs are scenarios based on your inputs and fixed assumptions, not assured cash savings or investment returns. Any performance commitment or remedy must be expressly defined in your signed agreement.

An enquiry or free virtual discussion does not create a paid contract. Scope, total cost, payment schedule, delivery, acceptance, cancellation and any applicable refund rights are agreed before paid work starts. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

4. Ownership, delivery and support

“Own your system” means ownership and usage rights as defined in your written agreement. That agreement must identify bespoke deliverables, source-code access, handover and intellectual-property rights. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences; ownership does not make hosting, APIs or every external service free.

Around five weeks is an indicative build estimate, not a fixed deadline. Migration, approval dependencies, testing, support levels, bug fixes and future innovations depend on agreed scope and terms. New features are not automatically included without charge.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse the form, send spam, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access or submit information you have no right to share. Website branding and materials belong to their respective owners. Viewing this website does not grant ownership of its content or permission to reuse third-party marks.

6. Information, availability and liability

We aim to keep website information accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every demonstration will match your eventual build. Do not rely on this showcase for clinical, financial or legal decisions. To the extent permitted by law, ExCAP is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on illustrative information. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those relating to gross negligence or mandatory consumer protections.

7. Privacy, questions and disputes

Your enquiry is handled as described in our privacy policy. Raise concerns with Deon using the contact details above. South African law applies, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules. Revised terms will display an updated date.
